We think it's important that our clients not only get the best people available, but that we maintain an ongoing relationship with our clients - and because of this our full time consultants are not only employed by Saturn27, but they also own the business as well. It means that you can be sure that the knowledge about projects we do for you is retained by us (and only us) and that we’re always available to consistently support you.

Of course, we do also work with some trusted associates when the need arises, but we guarantee that you will always know just who is working for you.

Our key personnel:

David Gallagher - CEO

David has a long established career as a respected consultant in the professional services arena.  He originally trained as a management accountant before spending time at Miles 33 plc, Timeslice and Logica/CMG where he headed up their respective client services teams, focussing on delivering the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction. David then formed Aurra Consulting, a company that specialised in providing consultancy services to the Top 100 law firms, including services for ADERANT Expert. The business was later acquired by Tikit plc to create its own consultancy division. After 5 years, together with his former colleague Tim Spriggs he formed 27h in February 2007 which then merged with Saturn Legal in January 2008.

Andy Stokes - Director of Professional Services

With more than 20 years experience within the IT industry, Andy has spent the last decade primarily focussed on the Professional Services sector, particularly large law firms that primarily use Microsoft technologies, the most notable of which being Wragge & Co LLP (an ADERANT client for 10 years) where, until joining Saturn27, he was the firms’ IT architect. In addition to his extensive knowledge of the ADERANT application toolkit he is experienced with MS-SQL (2000/2005), MOSS2007, BizTalk and the MS 'Office stack' and the associated technologies such as the .NET framework, web services and the more recent 'Foundation' additions. He was also a board member of the ADERANT Expert User Community.

Steph Snelling – Consultant

Prior to joining Saturn27 Steph was part of Lovell’s finance systems team where she was a key figure in their Elite 3E implementation in a dual role as User support and reporting, and Work Package Manager.  She has also worked for Simmons & Simmons, Kirkpatrick Lockhart Nicholson Jones, and Rouse & Co.  She is our leading provider of training and consultancy services in the PMS division and has most recently been engaged in FrX report work for Taylor Wessing, a recent adopter of ADERANT Expert.  She is also engaged in projects for our BPM clients.

Dr Amir Azam - Senior Technical Consultant

After completing a PhD in Providing an Engineering Design Knowledge Based System Demonstrator to Industrial Designers During Concept Stages, Amir has completed almost 8 years in the legal industry working for Rouse & Co International. During this period, he was heavily involved in the implementation of Elite Enterprise and its associated applications. In the role of System Development Manager, Amir was in control of the development of other systems along with Elite. This included WebTMS, InterAction and a bespoke Human Resource System. As a qualified MS SQL Server DBA, Amir has extensive knowledge of the development cycle having developed in VB.NET and Crystal Reports.

Lindsay Barthram

A qualified accountant, Lindsay has over 20 years experience working with some of the UK’s leading legal and professional services firms including Eversheds, Norton Rose, Clarke Willmott, Charles Russell, Denton Wilde Sapte and CMCK Cameron McKenna. He is one of the country’s top Practice Management Systems specialists, and has gained a deep knowledge of both ADERANT and Elite PMS solutions, accounting packages, reporting solutions, workflow systems and data integration. He founded Saturn Legal Limited in 2004, which merged to become Saturn27 in 2008, and is an associate of Saturn27 vla ALB Consulting.
